Users can turn off the location function at any time to stop this App from collecting location information.

4 Voice Information: If users use the voice control function of this App, this App will collect users' voice command information for voice recognition and execution of corresponding operations. Voice information will be processed locally, and if it needs to be uploaded to the cloud, it will be encrypted.

(2) Passively Collected Information 

1 Usage Behavior Information: This App will automatically collect users' usage behavior information, such as the startup time, usage duration, function usage frequency, operation records of the App, etc., to analyze user needs and optimize the service experience of the App.

2 Log Information: This App will collect system logs, network logs, and other information of users' devices to troubleshoot faults and ensure the stable operation of the App.

3.Use of Personal Information 

(1) Used to provide various services of this App, including device connection, remote control, status monitoring, scene setting, etc.

(2) Used to optimize the service quality of this App, and improve the function design, interface layout, etc. of the App according to users' usage behavior information.

(3) Used to push personalized service information to users, such as usage skills of smart home devices, new product recommendations, etc. Users can set to push off in the App.

(4) Used to ensure the account security of users, and identify and prevent risks such as account theft and fraud by analyzing users' login behavior, device information, etc.

4.Storage of Personal Information 

(1) Personal information collected by this App will be stored on servers that meet security standards, and the storage locations include servers in the United States and overseas servers of the Ayla Cloud Platform (if applicable). If personal information is transmitted overseas, Party B will ensure that security assessments are conducted in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and corresponding encryption, desensitization, and other protection measures will be taken.

(2) The storage period of personal information will be determined according to the type of information and the purpose of use. After the expiration of the storage period, Party B will delete or anonymize the personal information.

5.Protection of Personal Information 

(1) Party B adopts industry-standard technical and management measures to ensure the security of personal information, including but not limited to data encryption, access control, security auditing, employee confidentiality training, etc.

(2) Party B only authorizes necessary staff to access personal information, and relevant staff shall sign confidentiality agreements and be responsible for the confidentiality of personal information.

(3) In the event of security incidents such as personal information leakage, damage, or loss, Party B will take remedial measures immediately and report to users and relevant regulatory authorities in a timely manner.

6.Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information 

(1) Party B will not share or transfer users' personal information to any third party unless it obtains the explicit consent of users or as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

(2) In order to provide the services of this App, Party B may share necessary personal information with partners such as the Ayla Cloud Platform and third-party payment institutions, but Party B will sign confidentiality agreements with partners and require them to process personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and relevant laws and regulations.

(3) If Party B undergoes changes due to merger, division, acquisition, etc., the successor entity will continue to perform the personal information protection obligations stipulated in this Privacy Policy and notify users in a timely manner.

7.User Rights 

(1) Right to Query: Users have the right to query their personal information, which can be operated through the "Personal Center" page of this App.

(2) Right to Correct: If users find that their personal information is incorrect or inaccurate, they have the right to request Party B to correct it, which can be applied through the feedback channel in the App or by contacting customer service.

(1) Party B has the right to modify this Privacy Policy according to changes in laws and regulations or business development needs. Users' continued use of the services of this App shall be deemed as consent to the modified Privacy Policy.
